RLO Foundation Scholarship Opportunities
The Robert L. Owens Foundation (RLO Foundation) is committed to investing in the next generation of leaders by supporting educational achievement, service, and leadership. Our scholarship opportunities recognize the dedication of veteran students pursuing higher education and high school students participating in the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC). Through these awards, we aim to reduce financial barriers, encourage academic success, and honor the spirit of service, discipline, and commitment to community.
